Darn... forgot to pay my tab. Mav walks back in and sees Karo next to Laura who's out cold. He took a look inside Laura to see what happened... Poisoned... dammit. "Hey, Laura, can you hear me?"

*Kanjiro looks on, having just walked into the cafe. His relative is unconsious, obviously poisoned, and there is no clue who did it. Behinde him, an awfully familiar voice whispers in his ear.*

???: We can't have to many people knowing about this.

*??? jabs something into his neck. Kenjiro turns to see ??? gone. He pulls out wharever is in his neck to see a needle. He feels dizzy, but manages to stay conscious. However, he has to sit, for now HE is poisoned.*

"Now this is just getting freaky.." Mav begins to get angry... causeing more Hybrid energy to gather within him... he has to watch how much he takes in, becuase too much will cause a transformation that will possibly destroy the cafe...

He goes over and checks on the person that just walked in.

*Laura shifts, and weakly closes her eyes. weakly, she warns them*

"Gah.. we'll... You," pointing to Kanjiro, "can you walk? We're going to hide in the attic. I'll take Laura up there." He kneeled down and picked Laura up, holding her unconscious self on arm supporting her neck and the other on her thighs. He walked over, determined to get the door open hiding the stairs to the second level by himself, he turns the door knob and starts up the stairs. "All right.. could you get the door behind you..." He pauses as he readies to ascend the stairs... "What's your name?"

Mav walks back over... he's now trying to carry Laura, and let Kanjiro use his shoulder to walk with... He carefully eases himself back up as Kanjiro holds onto his shoulder so he can walk.

They get to the stairs. They start up the stairs slowly. He looks down to Laura who is still unconcious... 'Are you there? Are you dead?'

"Okay then..." He gently let down his shoulder to let Kanjiro rest on the stairs. He walked up the stairs and placed Laura's body on a table. He stepped back and looked around... No entrances..air conditioned... He walked back and picked up Kanjiro and laid him on a table next on the opposite side of the room.

*Kanjiro is now unconscious. the only sign of life is his breathing, and that is very weak. He is very pale. Laura, however seems to be recovering, and now only seems unconscious.*

Either it's the fact that you're all going back to work/school/reality or you really do suffer some sort of flesh-eating disease when I'm not around...

Yeah, nobody posts in here anymore, and many of the posts are total crap in my opinion. Only several people visit here reguraly now, and many of the posts are hard to walk in and get involved with, or...they are just, bad.

This place needs like...a revival or something.

They can hide out up here... it's cool enough... He quickly wrote a note to them using a peice of paper on a table and a pen he had in his pack. After he finished, he placed the note next to Laura's resting body. Mav nodded to himself and went back downstairs, he turned and closed the door behind him, and took a seat back at the bar.

*Laura wakes up, a little groogy, but otherwise okay. She looks at Kanjiro, who isn't in as bad of shape as before, but still a cause for concern. Laura is pissed of, and having no weapons, feels helpless. She looks around and spots a pistol in it's holster, barely, because it is so dark, discarded in the corner of the attic. She walks over to it and picks it up. She checks it for bullets, and good enough, there is some.*

Suika... you don't mess with a shaman... especially me...

*She looks over to Kanjiro again. She wants to stay and make sure he doesn't die while she gets revenge, but suspects he will do fine while she is gone. She puts on the holster, her hand on the pistol, and her eyes showing pure anger... an almost evil anger*

*Shadow strolls in for the first time in a while. He takes off his coat and sits down at the bar and proceeds to get a drink.*

Seems pretty quite today, I wonder where everyone is...?

*Shadow gets up and wanders around the cafe, since it hasn't been around in a while its size seems akward. He peers around dark lightless corners looking for people*
